i´ve tried using crosstool-ng to build a windows native cross-compiler for arm-linux. Failed so far due to missing menu/form/panel support of pdcurses. Tried also using cygwin with success but the built binaries depend on the cygwin environment. Switching to the mingw compiler in cygwin resulted in errors: MinGW dont like absolute unix paths (relative paths works fine). Any idea before setting up a linux vm and do the canadian |

I am getting a redefinition issue between my build tools includes and ppl 0.11.2. did I configure something wrong? or maybe using incompatible versions of libs? |

looks like it's a known conflict between GMP 5.1.x and ppl. it's been patched in later versions of ppl but crosstool doesn't support beyond 0.11.2. I will just roll back GMP to 5.0.2 |

looks like it's fixed in ppl 1.1 branch by this commit: http://www.cs.unipr.it/git/gitweb.cgi?p=ppl/ppl.git;a=commit;h=9f843aecc23981aec6ed1eaa8be06e6786a47f0d |

so it seems if a step fails and I run "build" again, it simply starts all over again. It seems that I need to note which step it fails at and tell it to start from there? I guess the default action is to start over? |
