scripts/showSamples.sh:
- revert sample dumping to not show the components versions;
docs/overview.txt:
- reorder docs/overview.txt so that configuring comes before running,
- tell about regtest;
Makefile:
config/global.in:
- point to docs/overview.txt for the list of steps;
