Only one component is actually BROKEN (libelf), make it depend on EXPERIMENTAL, but state BROKEN in the prompt.
ltrace (which depends on libelf) is now marked as EXPERIMENTAL, with the reference to the BROKEN libelf in the help entry.

Fix a patch for D.U.M.A 2_5_1.
Add libelf 0.8.10, still does not build... :-(

- remove legions of those,
- remove associated patches no longer needed,
- mark then as (OBSOLETE) in the prompt;
|
|
Marked as BROKEN for others to debug that if they need it.
