UBI headers (and maybe others as well) are broken because the 'packed'
attribute is not sanitised when the headers are exported to userspace.
Apply the fix from upstream:

Remove orphanned Linux kernel patchsets.
Initiate a kernel build scripts directory. Move the Linux kernel build script there.

Removed the locale check as it is now irrelevant.
Removed the experimental binutils 2.17.50.0.xx: 2.18 is here now.

You might just say: 'Yeah! crosstool-NG's got its own repo!".
Unfortunately, that's because the previous repo got damaged beyond repair and I had no backup.
That means I'm putting backups in place in the afternoon.
That also means we've lost history... :-(
