crosstool-NG.sh: suppress failure message from uname -o

On non-GNU systems (BSD/MacOS) there is no uname -o.
Suppress the failure message on these systems in the
call to set CT_SYS_OS (uname -s actually sets this variable).

yann.morin.1998@anciens.enib.fr: remove 'uname -o' altogether.

This is usefull if your project is self-contained, does not rely on

     9
an external C library, and provides all the necessary bits.

Most probably usefull to bootloaders, as they generally don't depend

    12
      on the C library.

If unsure: do *not* choose that, and use another option in the choice.
