Canonicalise CT_BUILD and CT_HOST:

- Not only will it give us full-qualified tuples, but it will also ensure
that they are valid tuples (in case of typo with user-provided tuples)
That's way better than trying to rewrite config.sub ourselves...
- use CT_BUILD_PREFIX and CT_BUILD_SUFFIX to call "gcc -dumpmachine"

      'Bare metal' refers to those programs that run without any kernel.

      You probably want to say 'y' here if you plan to use your compiler

      to build bootloaders. It is not yet suitable to build Linux kernels,

      though, because the APCI stuff relies on the target C library headers

      being available?!?!...
