Make Super-H finally compile a complete (C-only) toolchain:
- new, un-tested patches
- an sh4 sample to work on, and to try to reproduce later.

       You probably want to say 'y' here if you plan to use your compiler

       to build bootloaders. It is not yet suitable to build Linux kernels,

       being available?!?!...
