samples: update before release

Update all samples to reflect the new set of options, plus:
- remove the arm-iphone-linux-gnueabi sample (obsolete...)
- disable hard-float in ARM bare-metal samples.

     1 The m68k mcpu processor does not like unaligned access

     3 Disable at least mcpu32, m68010 and m68020. These processors certainly

     4 do not like unaligned accesses.
