[CT-NG:patch 05/19] Force autoreconf for mpfr

In some exotic case the autoreconf step of mpfr is not executed (correctly)
leaving an incorrect version number for libtool in the configure script.

After extracting the sources files, force autoreconf to be executed.

     6       'Bare metal' refers to those programs that run without any kernel.

     8       You probably want to say 'y' here if you plan to use your compiler

     9       to build bootloaders. It is not yet suitable to build Linux kernels,

    11       being available?!?!...
