crosstool-ng: patches/glibc/ports-2.9/100-arm_linux

debug/gdb: Add CUSTOM version and CUSTOM_LOCATION config options and GetCustom

CUSTOM_LOCATION config options only presented in menuconfig if component
CUSTOM version selected.
