crosstool-ng: patches/gcc/4.2.4/170-missing-execinfo

libc/uClibc: Add CUSTOM version and CUSTOM_LOCATION config options and GetCustom

CUSTOM_LOCATION config options only presented in menuconfig if component
CUSTOM version selected.
