cc/gcc: fix patches for 4.6.{0,1}

Remove the sparc part, as it touches code that does not exist in
those versions of gcc (it was added at 4.6.2).

     1 The m68k mcpu processor does not like unaligned access

     3 Disable at least mcpu32, m68010 and m68020. These processors certainly

     4 do not like unaligned accesses.
