samples: refine the listing of all samples for canadian samples

For canadian samples, display the sample as:
target-tuple (host: host-tuple)

     1 reporter_name="YEM"

     2 reporter_url="http://ymorin.is-a-geek.org/"

     3 reporter_comment="EXPERIMENTAL Super-H sh4 sample."
