scripts: update distclean

The toolchains are now built in .build/ rather than in targets/
so distclean has to get rid of that.

We also clean up the old dir, as users may have old samples that
still refer to the old location.

Do not hide messages during distclean, and do not ignore errors.

1 # Bare metal config options

     3 config KERNEL_bare_metal

6 'Bare metal' refers to those programs that run without any kernel.

8 You probably want to say 'y' here if you plan to use your compiler
9 to build bootloaders. It is not yet suitable to build Linux kernels,
10 though, because the APCI stuff relies on the target C library headers
    11 being available?!?!...
