Do a clean-up pass on the OBSOLETE features (versions):
- remove legions of those,
- remove associated patches no longer needed,
- mark then as (OBSOLETE) in the prompt;

Totally comment-out the multilib option: it's not implemented, and not really implementable with the current crosstool-NG scheme.
